Event Parking

The Canmore Highland Games takes place at Centennial Park in Canmore.

Please note that labour day long weekend is one of the busiest times of the year in town, and parking is limited! We encourage attendees to plan ahead and know your options for parking, and to bike or walk if possible.

Free Intercept Parking

New in 2022, the Canmore Highland Games is offering free shuttles. Park and ride to the games on Sunday, September 4 from 8 am to 6 pm from the parking lots marked below.

Downtown Parking

New in 2022, the Town of Canmore introduced paid parking which covers the downtown core. For more information on town parking lots and street parking in the downtown area, please follow the link.

Accessible Parking

If you have an accesible parking pass, free parking is available by the Main Gate, along 5th Ave adjacent to Centennial Park.

Bike Parking

Community Cruisers is providing free, monitored bike parking inside the Main Gate. Buy your tickets and get arm bands before going to bike parking area.
