Pipes & drums coordinators – love the sound of the pipes and the thrill of tradition?
We’re looking for two passionate volunteers to share the role of Pipes and Drums Coordinators for the Canmore Highland Games—an unforgettable celebration of Scottish culture set in the heart of the Rockies! As a Pipes and Drums Coordinator, you’ll be at the center of the action—organizing and supporting the incredible pipe bands and solo pipers who bring the event to life. From scheduling performances and handling registrations to working with judges and managing the massed bands and parades, you’ll be a key player in ensuring the day runs smoothly and memorably. You’ll be the go-to contact for all things piping, helping maintain the spirit and authenticity of this cherished tradition. If you’re organized, calm under pressure, and love the sound of bagpipes echoing through the mountains, this role is for you!
